Do I need to be home?
No. That's the whole point. We handle everything whether you're home, at work, or traveling.
What if I have an unusual setup like a long driveway or gate code?
Not a problem. We work with long driveways, side gates, code-protected access, and properties with multiple bins. Tell us when you sign up.
Can I pause for vacation or change my plan?
